WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS LIKE?

Using Payflex as a payment option is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Simply click on our BOOK NOW button located at the top of our website, choose your travel dates, fill in your personal detail,s and type YES in the provided field stating that you wish to pay using Payflex. Do note that we still require you to provide us with a valid debit/credit card when completing your booking (you will not be charged online while making the reservation).

Once we receive your reservation, we will contact you within 24 hours (or the next business day) with a link that is generated through the Payflex platform. Note that you need to have an active / valid Payflex account in order to make use of the payment service. The link will be valid for 24 hours and you will be required to pay for your stay in full. If the payment is not processed in the grace period, the link will expire and your booking automatically cancelled.

If you paid with Payflext to secure your booking, we will receive a notification and confirm with you by e-mail that the booking reflects as fully paid.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Online reservations, and bookings made by phone or e-mail, that chose Payflex as their payment option, will fall under our online booking policy, which offers free cancellation up until 22 days before arrival. Cancellations 21 days and less before arrival will result in full forfeiture.

Cancellations that fall within the grace period will be refunded through Payflex. No vouchers, credit notes or other forms of payment will be used to refund Payflex customers. There may be some delay in processing refunds.

CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT ONLY?

When paying by Payflex, the full amount invoiced for your stay will be charged upfront. No deposits or partial payments are accepted. This policy applies to Payflex reservations only. Existing reservations cannot make use of the Payflex payment option. Payflex is only available to new reservations.

CAN I PAY ON ARRIVAL?

All advance reservations using the Payflex payment option must be paid at the time of booking. Payment on arrival is not accepted.

Walk-in guests are however welcome to pay for their new reservation using Payflex as a payment option. A QR code will be available to scan at reception to process your payment.

CAN I USE PAYFLEX FOR BOOKINGS WITH OTHER PORTALS?

Presently we only accept Payflext payments for bookings made on our official website, through our front desk by phone or by e-mailing our reception or Central Reservations. No other booking portals are currently accepted.
